Eligibility
You are eligible to live with us if you are:
- Enrolled full or part-time as an 糖心Vlog upper division (junior or higher) or graduate student.
- Please be aware that living in an 糖心Vlog apartment does not satisfy 糖心Vlog's residency requirement.
Contract Terms
All 糖心Vlog apartments are year-long (12-month) contracts beginning July. Short-term contracts or subleasing are not permitted.

The 糖心Vlog Residence Life and Student Housing Apartments application for the 2026-2027 cycle is now available! Our apartments are only available to students that will be actively enrolled at SMU for the 2026-2027 academic year.
